Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the RivalSplit website, split service and Garmin integration.
The service
RivalSplit combines data from timing providers and displays time gaps on the web and compatible watches. Available events, checkpoints and update speed depend on external providers.
The beta period
The service is under development. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable or contain errors. Access may be limited to invited users.
Your responsibilities
You must use the correct account, protect access to it and verify that the reference athlete, rivals and watch are selected correctly. You must not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorised load testing or attempts to access other users' accounts or setups.
Times and results
RivalSplit is an aid. Official results from the organiser and timing provider prevail. We cannot guarantee that data is complete, error-free or available without delay.
Safe use
Do not use the watch or phone in a way that creates danger during an event. RivalSplit must not be used for safety-critical decisions.
Access and termination
We may limit or close access in cases of misuse, security risk or required maintenance. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Feedback
You may voluntarily submit problem reports, experiences and improvement suggestions. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, device keys or other sensitive content.
